BMX Bikes Did you know that BMX is one of the fastest growing sports in the US and is now slated to be a part of the 2008 Olympics?		Learn the fundamentals of BMX including advanced braking, efficient turning, riding over obstacles, weight distribution, and down hill techniques on our BMX track. This course is designed for riders of all levels and abilities to improve these basic skills and to introduce track etiquette, while always putting safety first. ______________________
Canoeing		Master the basics of canoeing under the supervision of certified instructors who also make learning a lot of fun. Learn how to control a canoe, rescue a capsized canoe and have a blast playing canoe games. ______________________
Ceramics Creative hands and imagination are the only tools necessary!		Ceramics is one of the oldest, most fascinating and respected crafts. Our ceramics program offers campers a chance to explore their creativity by pouring and painting their own personal ceramics project. ______________________
Challenge Course Learn the thrill of reaching beyond your grasp as you do things that you never thought you could do!		With both low and high elements, our certified ropes program teaches teamwork, commitment and goal setting through exp-erience rather than instruction alone. Low Ropes activities often challenge physical agility, group cooperation, and problem solving skills both individually and as group. The High Ropes activities are similar to low ropes but they occur at a much greater height. High ropes activities tend to focus on confronting one's fears, self-confidence, risk-taking, etc. ______________________

Nature		Do you enjoy hiking and exploring? Explore the woods, learn about God's unique animals and how to take care of them. Go on day hikes to a variety of exciting places! ______________________
Rock Climbing/ Climbing Wall		Experience for the first time or improve on your rock climbing skills. Campers will learn basic safety, belay and rappel techniques. ______________________
Model Rocketry To the moon!		Gadgets and boys have always gone hand in hand, and model rocketry is no exception. Campers build, craft, paint, and launch their rockets under the careful eye of our staff. Along the way they learn some basic physics, a little rocketry history, and have a ton of fun! ______________________
Swimming / Waterfront		Waterfront activities fill many happy hours and there are plenty of opportunities to take a plunge into Sunset Lake! Certified instructors will give skilled instruction from beginner to advanced levels. Enjoy jumping on the blob and sending a friend flying high into the air, slide down the giant slide, or get involved in fun water games. ______________________
