Sunset Lake offers a variety of meeting rooms and lodging options
with amenities such a audio visual equipment, screen, PA system,
whiteboards, a piano and conference tables that are available
depending on the meeting room used.

MEETING & EATING FACILITIES:
Pioneer Inn (large cafeteria): Fully-equipped kitchen and dining room overlooking Sunset Lake, accommodates up to 200
Timber Lodge: Meeting room with kitchen, accommodates up to 120. Meeting room can be rented separately and accommodate more guests
Nature Center: Meeting room only, accommodates up to 65
Staff Lounge: Meeting room only, accommodates up to 25
OVERNIGHT ACCOMMODATIONS:
Guest Rooms -
Pioneer Inn Guest Room: 1 queen sized bed with linens, ¾ bath, towels included
Headquarters: 1
queen sized bed with linens, 1 bunk bed (bring your own sleeping bag or
linens), a futon that can be used for a bed, ¾ bath, towels included
Health Hut - front: 1 queen sized bed with linens, 1 bunk bed (bring your own sleeping bag or linens), ¾ bath, towels included
Health Hut - back: 1 queen sized bed with linens, ¾ bath, towels included
Cabins -
Timber & Cascade Villages: 20 newer cabins / 1 queen bed with upper bunk, 4 bunks, no linens included, ¾ bath, sleeps up to 10
Hillside Village:
15 rustic cabins / 1 double bed, 2 bunks, no linens, bathrooms are
located in a centralized bathhouse, sleeps up to 6. One of these
cabins sleeps up to 8.
RV Sites: 5 sites available with power and water hook-ups, includes use of Central Bath
Tent Sites: No power or water, includes use of Central bath
Lake Kepka (lower lake): Amenities include a picnic shelter with power & water overlooking Kepka Lake, port-o-let, five RV sites with power/water hook-ups, hiking trails and a view of wildlife such as various birds, waterfowl, beaver, raccoons & deer.
OPTIONAL ACTIVITIES:
The use of all activity areas is subject to availability and weather conditions.
Canoes : *Certified
Life Guard Required* for all youth groups. Family groups may canoe
without certified supervision however, an adult must be in the canoe at
all times with campers under the age of 18. 12 canoes are available
with paddles & lifejackets
Swimming: *Certified Life Guard Required* for all groups
Hay Rides: 20-30 minute hayride, accommodates groups of 30-40 per hayride. Call camp office for pricing.
Horseshoes: 2 horseshoe pits with equipment, group provides supervision
Soccer: soccer balls, goals, field markers, group provides supervision
Softball: bats, balls, mitts, bases, group provides supervision
Basketball: Balls and hoops provided, group provides supervision
Volleyball: balls, net, court markers, group provides supervision
Hiking: multiple scenic hiking trails with varying degrees of difficulty and hiking guide available for your enjoyment

OPTIONAL SERVICES:
Food Service: Please contact the camp office if you are interested in Sunset Lake providing delicious vegetarian food service for your group.
Campfires: Campfires are started by the camp staff at no additional charge in designated campfire areas.
