We would love to have your group come stay with us.  Below is our 2017 pricing structure, prices subject to change. Please contact us to check availability. Be sure to call us to hear more details about hosting your wedding or church group.

Camp Use Fee: $595 per night
This fee covers the cost of facilities for your group and provides you the assistance of the ranger on duty while you are here.

Pioneer Inn Kitchen Use Fee: $175 per night
This fee allows your group to use Pioneer Inn kitchen to cook in.

Timber Lodge Kitchen Use Fee: $100 per night
This fee allows your small group to cook in Timber Lodge kitchen.

Timber and Cascade Villages:
With 5 bunks in each, these cabins sleep a maximum of 11 and minimum of 5 people. If campers wish to have less than 5 in a cabin, and cabins are available, guest room rates will apply. Each cabin has its own shower, toilet, and three sinks.  A kitchenette complete with sink, mini-fridge and microwave is also included.
$19 – 
This cost is per person per night.  Any child under the age of 3 is free!

Hillside Cabins:
A more rustic experience, these cabins do not include their own bathroom. Campers can use Hillside Bath which is within walking distance from the cabins.  Each cabin includes bunk beds and sleeps a maximum of 5.
$14 – 
This cost is per person per night.  Any child under the age of 3 is free!


Guest Rooms:

Camp has a total of 8 guest rooms available.  For those who wish for more
privacy or close proximity to the meeting and dining halls, this is ideal.
Linens are included.
$75-$100 – 
This cost is per night.  Any child under the age of 3 is free!

RV sites:
4 RV sites are available throughout camp.  Complete with water and electric hook-ups, this is an easy way to enjoy camping at Sunset Lake.
$20 – 
This cost is per site per night.

Tent Camping:
Sunset Lake has many places to pitch a tent.  This is a great way to truly enjoy the great outdoors.
$8 – 
This cost is per person per night.  Any child under the age of 3 is free!

Day Use:
While your group is here, you may have visitors come just for the day.
$5 – 
This cost is per person.  Any child under the age of 3 is free!


If your group wishes to go swimming or canoeing, contact us in advance to arrange for lifeguarding. Lifeguards are not necessary for canoeing only if the canoe has a child’s parent in the canoe or each participant is over 17 years old.

$50/hr – This provides your group with two lifeguards, each additional lifeguard will cost $25 per hour.


Challenge Course:

If your group wishes to participate in one or more of our Challenge Course activities, please arrange this with us ahead of time.

Activities include: Zip-line and Rock Climbing.
$15 – Per participant per activity.


Team Building:
A wonderful opportunity to come closer as a group through a variety of team-building exercises led by Sunset Lake staff.
$15 –
 Per participant per activity.
